Family and Friends CPR Courses: 4 Hours

This course is suitable for: Parents, Grandparents, Nannies, Au Pairs, Children (from approx. 10yrs) Domestic Staff, Care Givers, Teachers and Assistants, Ground Staff, Kitchen Staff, Shuttle Service Personnel, General Public.

A popular class for homes, Pre-primary and Primary schools, Daycare centres.

No prior knowledge/training required.

This includes:

• CPR Manuals.

• Mouth-to-mouth barrier device.

• Gloves.

• Call Card.

• Personalized tuition in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa and American Heart Association.

On completion of the course, the participant will be issued with a CPR Orientation certificate, valid for 2 years.

This is an approved course as per the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa guidelines.

Discovery Vitality points (2500) awarded.

It is preferable to keep the parent/teacher classes and domestic/care-giver classes separate.
