Level 1 First Aid Course: 20 Hours/3 days

This course is suitable for: Parents, Au Pairs, Teachers, Coaches, Aftercare Staff, Matriculants and Scholars, Factory and Office Staff, Health and Safety Officers and any person needing to complete a Labour Department approved Course.

No prior knowledge/training required.

This includes:

• First Aid (Level One) and CPR Manuals

• Mouth-to-mouth barrier device.

• Gloves

• Call Cards.

• Personalized tuition in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa and American Heart Association.

This is the recognized First Aid course run through the Department of Labour and includes both a theoretical and a practical examination.

On completion of the course, the participant will be issued with a First Aid (Level One) certificate, valid for 3 years.
